On monday there was a quickwrite: •What do you think made people suddenly start taking issue with slavery? 
Why would some people find it acceptable at one point in their life and then change their mind on it? 
Do you think it was gradual or a single event? Think of something else that society has changed their minds on over time, how did things change?
